What We Offer

Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 per year
Based on experience, certifications, and performance

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of makes and models
  • Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Produce high-quality repairs that meet safety and performance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to earn them — we’ll help)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use Tekmetric, Partstech, or similar programs to build quotes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
