At EBA Automotive Repair in Allen, TX, we’re a family-owned, trusted shop known for honest service and quality workmanship. Located just 15–20 minutes from Plano, our shop is ideal for DFW-area technicians seeking consistent hours, competitive pay, and a supportive environment.

Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 per year
Benefits: Paid training, certification reimbursement, retirement (IRA), paid time off

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, brake repair, engine repair, electrical repair, and general auto repair across a variety of makes and models
  • Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using OBD-II and other diagnostic tools
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Deliver high-quality repairs that meet safety and performance standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to earn them with support)
  • Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use Tekmetric, Partstech, or similar programs to build quotes
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Self-driven, dependable, and team-oriented
