EBA Automotive is a respected, family-owned shop in Allen, TX with a steady flow of loyal customers and a reputation for honest, high-quality work. We are growing and seeking a Master / Senior-Level Automotive Technician who consistently diagnoses and repairs vehicles right the first time.

What We Offer

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 per year
Based on experience, certifications, and performance

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of makes and models
  • Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Handle engine repair, brake repair, electrical repair, and drivability concerns
  • Use OBD-II and advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors to support accurate estimates and repair plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Deliver high-quality repairs that meet safety, performance, and shop standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
  • ASE certifications strongly preferred (Master ASE a plus)
  • Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
  • Ability to use Tekmetric, Partstech, or similar systems to build quotes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians when needed
